Supergiant clearly thought hard about controller UX, and it shows. Every ability, dash, and special lands exactly where your hands expect it. The isometric view reads perfectly at handheld size, and each run sits in the 20–40 minute range, long enough to feel meaningful and short enough to fit into real life. No input lag, no tinkering, just plays. I keep coming back to this one more than almost anything else on my Deck.
