Why on Deck
DREDGE is almost better in the dark with headphones, and the Deck makes that trivially easy to achieve. The fishing and sailing loop is slow and genuinely relaxing, until the night cycle kicks in and Lovecraftian dread starts creeping at the edges of your vision. Sessions end naturally at daybreak or when you’ve sold your haul. Clean breakpoints, no rushing. The atmosphere is so thick you’ll feel the fog even in a brightly-lit room.
