Moonlighter is an Action RPG with rogue-lite elements that demonstrates two sides of the coin – revealing everyday routines of Will, an adventurous shopkeeper that secretly dreams of becoming a hero.

Dungeon, shop, dungeon, shop. The loop clicks fast and the rhythm fits handheld sessions like it was designed for them. Each half (crawling floors and pricing loot) is just long enough to feel satisfying without demanding a big chunk of time. Pixel art reads cleanly, top-down view works great, controls are intuitive. And it’s sneakier than it looks: cozy when you want it, but genuinely tense when you push too far into a dungeon and your bag is full of stuff you can’t afford to lose.
