Balatro was not designed with handheld in mind and it doesn’t matter. It’s basically perfect on the Deck anyway. You pick it up for ten minutes and look up an hour later. The card UI scales cleanly to the screen, the touchscreen works surprisingly well for selecting cards, and the whole thing runs at basically zero cost to your battery. It’s the first game I recommend to every new Deck owner. No questions asked.
