Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is the metroidvania Ubisoft had no business making this well, and on the Deck it’s even better. The combat and platforming are tight and responsive on the sticks, the world is dense with secrets and interconnected shortcuts, and it runs at 90 FPS on the OLED Deck with Ultra settings. That’s wild for a game this pretty. Sessions break naturally around save points and boss encounters, so you can chip away at it over days or binge it over a weekend. Either way feels great.
