Why on Deck
Every death in Noita teaches you something terrible about yourself. And then you immediately start another run. On the Deck, that loop is genuinely dangerous: pick it up, get obliterated by your own wand in spectacular fashion, put it down feeling strangely satisfied. The pixel-art world reads fine at 800p and the physics simulation runs better than it has any right to on a handheld. It’s a game built entirely on chaos and curiosity, which is exactly what portable sessions are for.
